The unit is great and the installation went great too considering the very custom requirements for my installation. However, it is worth insisting on closer consultation with them during the sales process. A few things I was told and promised during the sales process (in regards to the ease of installation) were not nearly as simple as promised and could?ve resulted in huge delays. Thankfully the installation engineers were very proactive and did a great job making it work. I definitely recommend Fischer, but with some added caution during sales so there are fewer surprises later on. Especially if your installation is more bespoke.
