We rang for help with getting a bathroom heater working. Danny called me during the afternoon of Friday 9th April, discussed the issue and agreed to ring again on Monday 12 th to talk a friend through performing a reset, as the receiver was inaccessible to me. Danny's instructions were all very clear and he answered all my questions patiently and helpfully.
