Terrible customer service! Ordered furniture and was told 2 to 3 weeks delivery. After 3 weeks nothing, contacted Furvell multiple times and was eventually given a delivery date about a month later. Took the day off and waited in all day, no delivery. Contacted Furvell again and was guaranteed delivery for the following Friday, waited in all day again, no delivery. Contacted Furvell again and they were looking into it. Furniture turned up about a week later with no warning, fortunately someone was in. 2 chairs were faulty, contacted Furvell again and after several weeks and lots of emails were sent 2 footstools that I didn't need or want. Contacted Furvell again and several weeks later received the replacement chairs after yet more emails. Nice product but very poor service.
