Ordered bistro set in May and after several e mails to them it finally arrived on the 8th July but was incomplete. No cushions for chairs or base for table. After contacting them again and having to chase we did receive the missing items. We are pleased with the quality of the bistro set but customer service and the length of time we waited was poor. It was only after we mentioned a refund did they expedite the delivery to Parcel Force rather than their own drivers. They also wanted a review before the situation was resolved.
