I have been doing the Girls Gone Strong Coaching for almost a year now. I'm so excited to be a part of this fantastic community. The program is so informative, the coaches are so supportive and most importantly I loved the accountability. I'm a Group Fitness instructor with a GGS-1 certification and waiting for the Menopause certification, I can't recommend this program enough! It's a fantastic community and I'm grateful to be a part of it.
