The Girls Gone Strong program is absolutely amazing!! I really loved the weekly lessons, especially the mindset lessons. Having access to your personal coach and their help, motivation, and advice is unbelievable. I really appreciated how my coach, Jen, was always there to cheer me on and encourage me. The online portion is very easy to use and download all the lessons for your own future use.
