Within moments of first opening my GGS Women's Coaching Specialist textbook, I was crying. at 53 years old, I immediatly felt understood and validated in my own body. Finally. I learned evidence based facts. Facts that I wanted to educate my clients with, but did not quite know how prior to this course. This course taught me how to speak with total understanding and compassion for women's health issues. It helped me to break down boundaries and challenge the status quo of what is health and wellness. Now my space is free of diet culture, 100% free of judgment and reflective of the community I serve. Coaching is a uniquely human endeavor, one that requires acknowledging and respecting the lives experiences and humanity of the people in front of you.
