This program is exactly what I’ve been looking for. It is the first textbook that I actually enjoy reading. It is written so well and easy to understand. Each section gives a great example of how to apply what you are learning about in real life to a client. I love the flow of the course and having a quiz at the end of each chapter really helps the information stick. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to gain more knowledge about how to train pre and post natal women, and especially themselves for when you are going through your pregnancy journey. Information is KING!!!
