I’ve followed Girls Gone Strong for as long as it’s been around so I know that they’re trustworthy, competent, and genuinely care about serving women in the health and fitness arena. The wealth of knowledge in this certain is incredible. The breadth and depth of knowledge is unmatched and I love knowing that I have lifetime access to a plethora of resources and information that I absolutely would not find anywhere else. These women not only talk the talk but walk the walk. I’m so grateful I found them so many years ago and continue to be blessed with the work they do and the information they put out. I’m relatively new to the fitness space as a professional and they always offer so much support and guidance.
