The Certified Pre and Post Natal Certification course from GGS is one of the best courses I've taken yet as a coach. It breaks down the information in order to have a strong understanding. I love that this course doesn't just provide the physiology, although it does offer amazing information, it also provides the psychology of what women might be going through during this life transition and how we can support her as her coach. I love the way the course is set up and all the supportive things included to ensure the info is retained.
