A Top-Tier Organization for Fitness Professionals: I enrolled in and completed my certification through Girls Gone Strong as a Menopause Specialist Coach. As a lifelong learner, I found the textbook and all the accompanying materials to be truly worthy of the title "Menopause Specialist Certification." The content was thorough and engaging, backed by numerous citations. The online videos and additional resources provided for further reading gave me a wealth of information to dive into. I refer to the textbook often, and it has become my go-to source whenever I need to refresh my memory on a topic. I have recently signed up for another certification from Girls Gone Strong, and I am fairly confident that I will eventually acquire all of their certifications. I cannot recommend this organization enough. It is top-tier!
