Completing the Menopause Coaching Specialist Certification has been truly life-changing—not just for me, but for the 497 clients I’ve helped in just 13 months through my international coaching business. This certification gave me the expertise, confidence, and evidence-based strategies to support women through peri to post-menopause in ways that are practical, compassionate, and truly transformative. Armed with the knowledge from this certification, I wrote an 87-page policy submission to both my state and federal governments, advocating for better workplace support for menopausal individuals. This resulted in a historic public sector legislation change, granting public sector workers an additional 10 days of paid reproductive leave—a huge win for those navigating menopause, andropause, and other reproductive health challenges. I also fought to ensure men experiencing andropause were included, advocating for equal rights in reproductive health. This certification isn’t just about coaching—it’s about empowering real change.
