Disappointing - the item that arrived does not match my order I recently purchased a bag from this seller and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The product I received was not the one I ordered—it arrived in a completely different color (BLACK) than what was confirmed with my order (BLUE). While mistakes can happen, this was frustrating, and I feel the seller should have double-checked before shipping or provide a solution when the issue was reported. Overall, I find the situation unacceptable, especially when the seller doesn’t provide any clear instructions or a proper return process for such mistakes (for example a return label free of charge). I have communicated the case to the company GRAMS28 and requested a correction as I would still like to receive what I have ordered, but I did not get any reply from the Customer Service of GRAMS28. Having received the wrong product, I feel misled and regret making this purchase. I will not be buying again from GRAMS28 and advise others to be extremely cautious when considering a purchase here!
