Ordered a gift basket delivered to a patient in hospital. Not received. According to Hazelton policy, it is not their responsibility. Contacted hospital and delivery service. Delivery service says they reimburse the company who hired them- not me. Sent Hazelton this info and they continue to insist it is my responsibility and that I need to file a claim with the delivery service.
So, check their policy folks - it becomes your problem if anything goes wrong.
