“The delivery arrived 3 days late and they take absolutely no responsibility for it, and in fact seem to claim that one does not understand how hours and days of the week work. The delivery, which included chocolate, was left on the porch without any knock on the door and was melted by the time the recipient realized where it was. The $200 basket also looked like it was about $12 worth of items. Do not use Hazelton's under any circumstances.”
“Fruit basket arrived several days late, damaged, rotten pineapple. Placed in a cheap container instead of the more expensive one I ordered. Disgusting to nil customer service. Wish I had read reviews beforehand. This was to be a gift for a friend who had surgery. Very embarrassing, poor quality gift. Tried to dispute with credit card company but it was delivered. Could not get photos of the damaged rotten fruit basket in time to contest with them. They only give you a 24 hour window.”

“Omg the basket came back to us it was supposed to be send somewhere else. Half the stuff inside was not what we ordered, and there was a box of supposed to be chocolate strawberries which looked like garbage. We ordered a basket and it came in a cardboard box. “Heaven forbid if you ever place an order with them. All they do is take your funds and leave you hanging. My parcel was not delivered and after numerous calls spanning over 3 months, still no recourse. They want you to follow up with Canpar which is their courier service and you follow up with Canpar and they say Hazelton should know. Never place an order with them.”

“Horrible customer service. I had to cancel my order because the address I gave was wrong so they couldn't deliver. I accepted my fault and asked them to please refund. They said we will cut some amount and refund the remaining. I said fine please refund how much you can. Now here is the twist, they have option of paying by using "Wise" which I have initially done. When it's time to refund, they can't refund it back on Wise anymore. They are asking me to use my Bank account and request for refund. I don't stay in Canada, if I want to request money on my local bank app, there is no such option and on email, their bots (yes, they don't have real person assisting you) are only responding to the same email because that's what they are programmed for. If you can't handle international clients paying from other countries then don't accept the orders and serve only Canadian citizens. And if you can accept the payment via Wise then you should be able to refund it on the same as well. It's simple logic. Stop robbing people.”
“If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I have used Hazelton's a lot for my work, and won't be continuing. An order was made with Hazelton's offering an upgrade off resh plants/flowers and these were prepared well in advance and shipped from out of province rather than using a local vendor. Dead/dying flowers were delivered to a palliative care patient. The customer service experience was disappointing since the first rep I dealt with offered compensation if I sent a picture, which I did. No one will honour that offer now. Very disappointed. Will not use Hazelton's again.”
“I would give a zero star if I could. Please don’t use this scam website for anything. I ordered flowers, cupcakes, balloon, and a teddy bear. The flowers were ok. The balloon was uninflected and damaged when it arrived, and the cupcakes were destroyed and were hard as rocks. They were straight into the trash. The teddy bear they sent to me was not even close to what I chose from website. They are yatak scammers with very poor shipping and handling. When I contacted customer service they didn’t take ANY responsibility. Don’t waste your time and money here.”
“This is how they dealt with my disappointment on my gift basket that costs $150 but looked like $50 and smelled like cigarette smoke.

Degrees of substitution may vary. In some rare instances, the entire contents of an order may be substituted.
Due to the high volume of orders being processed, we are not always able to contact customers ahead to advise them of substitutions. By placing an order you accepted our terms and conditions, and thus agreed that the order may consist of products that differ from the original product description. “If there was a negative number, I could use it. I would rate their service the lowest possible. The baskets appear to beautiful on their website. However unless you pay the $150-$300 shipping fee for overnight or one day delivery (regardless of whether it’s available in that location) they do not care what the status of the package is once it’s delivered. I communicated by phone and email and they repeatedly told me that a ceramic planter was a perishable item. They didn’t seem to care even when I provided a definition of a perishable item. The gift was totally ruined. Buyer beware!”
“I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent service provided by your company concerning my order for a birthday cake. The cake was ordered from Sri Lanka to be delivered to my daughter in Canada, and the entire experience has been utterly disheartening.
Despite placing the order two days in advance to ensure a timely delivery for my daughter's special day, the cake arrived a full day late. This delay was unacceptable and significantly marred what was supposed to be a joyous occasion.
Moreover, I was appalled to learn that the cake was simply left outside my daughter's home. Given the time-sensitive nature of food deliveries and the perishable nature of the cake, this was an egregious oversight. As a result, the cake was not in a usable state when it was finally discovered, rendering it completely unusable for the celebration.
This level of service is not only disappointing but also entirely unacceptable. Such an experience is not what one would expect, especially considering the reputation of your company and the fact that this order was placed from abroad with the expectation of reliable service.
It is disappointing to note that no courtesy call or message was provided during the delay, especially considering this was meant to celebrate a special birthday occasion. I believe that in a country like Canada, this level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects a significant degree of negligence in your delivery process.”

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to schedule delivery at a specific time of day. Our standard delivery times are anytime until 8:00 pm for residential addresses and anytime until 5:00 pm for business addresses. However, during peak delivery periods such as holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), delivery deadlines may be extended to accommodate higher volumes.

If I could put no stars I would. Terrible service. The delivery company couldn’t figure out the address and sent the package all over the province. Meanwhile the fruit and cheese went bad in the package and it was delivered to someone’s garage 8 days later. Tried to get a refund but they don’t do that unless you have photos. So you have to ask the person you sent it to to take pictures. They seem to think that their friit is so wonderful it won’t go bad after 8 days in transit.”
