White wine instead of Red????? I ordered a personalised hamper for my sister as I’m living in Ireland I thought I’d use a local provider HAZELTON’S’s There were many issues with the delivery that resulted in the hamper not being received for over a week with spoilt fruits. The delivery is not guaranteed next day or weekend deliveries. Later I spoke with my sister to see did she enjoy the Cabernet Sauvignon wine that I chose for her as part of the hamper. I was very surprised to be told she had not been sent the red wine I had chosen but an inferior white wine (she doesn’t drink white wine). I could understand if a different red wine was sent. When I contacted Hazelton’s along with a picture of the wine sent I was advised there would be no refund or correction in the order as 5 days have passed since the delivery. If you are buying from them make sure to check with the recipient in detail of what they actually received what you purchased and paid for. Make sure to do this within 5 days or there is no redress. I wanted to send something personal to my sister to let her know I was thinking of her whilst we’re apart for her birthday however the whole experience has been very disappointing from start to finish. I most certainly did not get value for money and would not recommend Hazelton’s for sending products you may pick specifically to recipients likes.
