I ordered a batch of brownies to be delivered to a friend for her birthday. The brownies were around $20. The delivery and taxes etc. were another $22. The delivery was not made because there was no buzzer given for the apartment address. I had tried to email Hazelton to give them the buzzer number but received no reply (apparently they didn’t receive it). I waited for a phone call assuming they would call asking for a buzzer number. They didn’t. I tracked the order and it said it failed (I was not sent any notification of this). I called to see if it could be resent. It was going to cost another $30 to do so. If I ask for a refund, I will only get $11 back. I am extremely annoyed to say the least.
