If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I have used Hazelton's a lot for my work, and won't be continuing. An order was made with Hazelton's offering an upgrade off resh plants/flowers and these were prepared well in advance and shipped from out of province rather than using a local vendor. Dead/dying flowers were delivered to a palliative care patient. The customer service experience was disappointing since the first rep I dealt with offered compensation if I sent a picture, which I did. No one will honour that offer now. Very disappointed. Will not use Hazelton's again.
