Absolut perfect conversation, each eMail was answered within hours, sometimes minutes. Excelent job, Sandra. The new shoes fit perfectly, but there were a few errors in the processing. (Mistakes can happen.) I posted a photo. Two hours later I got an eMail of the companies secretary with apologies, her promise to send me a new pair for free and that I can keep the "old" for training. Many thanks to you, Julie, great reaction. This was Thursday, the new were given to DHL on Friday and arrived on Monday. Whow. They fit perfectly and have highest quality. I wore them three times this week and I'm more than happy. As said in title: Best online shopping experience ever, this is the most honorable company that I've found so far. Good work, great team.
