I have been wearing IDS shoes for many years and love them. They are one of the only brands that fit my wider feet properly. I no longer live near a place where I could try them on, so online is my only option. I appreciated the exact details provided on the sizes, particularly since returns would be more complicated from overseas. I did need to punch a few extra holes in the ankle straps, but that wasn't difficult. Otherwise perfect! Time from order to delivery was exactly as predicted during the order process. I used my new practice shoes yesterday... it was wonderful to feel the floor and have better movement control than in my old shoes while still feeling cushioned and comfortable.
