The worst shopping experience ever, when I called customer service, someone told me I can return the shoes and I will get the shoes' price but not the tax, then I returned them, but a few days later, I got an email that I have to pay 70-80 for delivery, why they didn't tell me in the beginning, and she even blamed me that why I purchased and why I returned, it's always a headache to return! W....T....F? her name is Julie Reccani. Every online shopping business has a good return policy, and now I got blamed for why I purchased it. This company will not go far! customer service is bad, no internal alignment, the attitude is so bad, no sense of service at all! Compare to other e-commerce, this is the worst! By the way, the shoes are not good as well, can NOT even stand steadily！ How can i dance with them?
