I'd been thinking of getting some proper dance shoes for a while but wasn't sure whether IDS would make them wide enough for my very wide EEE fitting feet plus bunion. Two friends recommended made to measure shoes from IDS which they were very pleased with. However, on my recent visit to IDS I was very disappointed to discover that they had recently decided to stop making shoes to measure. So, I ordered extra wide which fit reasonably well but how I wish I had visited earlier to ensure a proper bespoke fit. I am used to wearing ill fitting shoes and having painful feet as a consequence. The IDS shoes are more comfortable than the M&S wide fit shoes I had been wearing before but they are still slightly too narrow due to my bunions - hence only 3 stars. Please, IDS, would you consider making made to measure again? This would be a dream come true for me, and others I'm sure.
