Wir haben den Kölner Store Anfang Februar 23 aufgesucht und uns beraten lassen. Nach gut 2 Stunden erhielten wir die Auskunft, dass wir im Laufe der Woche ein Anruf und ein Angebot bekämen. Heute nach rund 7 Wochen, etlichen freundlichen Nachtragen von uns, muss ich sagen, der Laden ist eine unzuverlässige Luftnummer. Peinlich und nicht weiterzuempfehlen!
