Konzept gut, umsetzung Katastrophe!
Keine ergebnissorientierte Kommunikation mit Kunden, wechselnde und nicht fachgerechte Betreeung in der Mängelbeseitigungsphase, wechselnde Monteure die nicht wissen was zu tun ist, chaotische Nachlieferung von Teile, offene Mängel 11 Monate (!!!) nach Montage, eine Ewigkgkeit auf die Lechner Arbeitsplatten gewartet, etc. Das Planunungsteam war allerdings gut!
Endergebniss: Küchen ganz ohne Helden dafür viele Mängel!
