Dreadful and useless customer service who had me going round and round in circles and charged me for it! Phone calls have been reliable in the UK, but when I've been Roaming that calls haven't connected, yet I've been charged a bomb for this shoddy service. Definitely unreliable. My advice is avoid this dodgy outfit like the plague and find another provider.
