The customer service number that you call for Lycamobile is terrible with their bad attitude, but also like speaking to a robot because they only follow their script. The LIA they have don't work. I used Lyca for a few times for my SIM and recently decided to stop using them because a friend who also used them got his information and identity stolen. When I asked for the account number and PIN to port out multiple times, they all denied me access giving excuses and eventually stopped answering my calls because I assume they did not want to give it.

Worst decision of my life. I ported my mobile number to this company. Zero customer care support. They don't pick up your call in customer care, if they pick then they don't have knowledge and zero interest in helping you and just deliberately cut phone calls. Worthless company.

Bought a roaming plan for Turkey, it didn't work there with no customer support. It tool them 2 days to reply to my emails and every time they asked for new information, thus taking 2 days everytime until I was back to Ireland where it works okay. I asked for a refund as the plan did not work, they told me, I used the plan while I was in ireland and thus they can not make a refund, and thus thereby proving there neglect towards their customers. After being fed up by their service, I decided to move to another provider only to know that they do not stop there auto renewal service easily. After I put up a request, they say they would take 24 hours to process it and do not do anything about it. After 24 hours, I forgot about it entirely thinking no company would reject such a request. Troubling experience with Lyca.

Dire service. It kept saying our allowance has run out but we had an unlimited package. Customer services and the technical team’s suggestions weren’t helpful. Wouldn’t offer a refund though was paying for a service we weren’t getting. Shocked at how bad it was.

I buy SIM from Lycamobile for just make international call. Three times line activated and because of SIM activation problem customer care advise to cancel line and refund processes. Following past 5 weeks for refund request. They and keep creating reference number and closing it with some unknown reason reason and creating reference ticket for earlier reference ticket for refund. Refund does not process. Third time line activated and renewal does not process due to the unable to change card and line got disconnected. Don't trust their customer service refund request anytime.

just rediculous service , i just topup to auto renewal my bundle and the money straight away deducted from my balance , itstead renewal of bundle they just took the money from my blalace, when i spoke to cusotmer service advisor Mr Mike, he said i lost the money and need to top up again to renew bundle. its a rip off servince

The best question would be, “What went right?” My answer is, “Nothing!” Emails do receive a response after many days or even weeks but they do not address the problem & are relatively inarticulate so pointless. Try phoning - no answer or a series of options that are not relevant to your specific problem. Service disappears usually at a point when you desperately require service. My current problem, however, is how to extricate myself & keep my number with a new provider. For 3 weeks I have been trying to get a PAC code to no avail. A complaint to Ofcom has so far elicited no response from Lyca. I am in despair & totally disgusted with such poor service &, indeed, sharp practice. Do not switch to Lyca!

There should be an option to put negative rating because the customer service is useless, they neither understand what customer is asking for not try to give the information nor the website has proper information. It is just useless to speak to them and taking their service.

A repeat of what went wrong a month ago. The auto top failed yet again, so my phone was disconnected. Lyca customer service not operating on a Sunday, so left without a phone. spent about four hours trying to sort it last month.

Writing this review based on my experience waiting in calls for LYCA Mobile customer service for more than 3 weeks. They will take your money, won't give you the service and sad part is they wont refund your money. Funniest part is, everytime you will need to wait for 1-2 hours to get a customer service representative, to hear that they are ready to refund and you will be given a reference number for refund processing. But the refund wont get processed even after weeks. The customer service don't know anything, all they know is to go for refund which will never process to your card. The worst worst company and worst customer service and they are really useless. I wish there is option to give negative rating for this useless and worst company. If you are considering Lycamobile for your mobile service provider, think think again.

The worst company I dealt with. I have been trying to transfer my account balance to my main balance with plenty of phone calls for two and half months and emails and still nothing happens. I regret having lyca mobile.

Never buy Lyca mobile. Customer service never gives you any answer on issue related to refund and they try to pass the days to other. It's been 6 months and never got refund still

this is really bad. customer service is useless. the service is rubbish. there is basically no way of getting response through phone, email, chat. Chat is absolute nightmare. The top ups kept dissapearing so basically I lost money.

I’m capable to pay you for don’t join to Lyca mobile. It’s a modern robbery, they take your money don’t give the service, don’t result your problem and it’s more easy you result any problem with a children then with the customer service. I never see in my life such a terrible company. Terrible, dishonest, incompetent and all bad you can imagine. I will complain in all the canals I know and say to the world this company is a hell like the scam honor.
