Lyca mobile network is really poor as their customer service. I made several attempts to get my account number and it made me very angry to know that they hide the account info from their customer. I wanted to switch to different provider as Lyca connectivity is really bad, all my friends make complaint about not reaching me. Anyways I stopped my auto payment and ask for my account number they said you need to recharge your account again min of $10 to receive account number. ‘EVA’ one of representatives was not listening keep on talking from her side..Who will pay for bad network again.? They don’t solve the queries they just ask ‘is there anything else I can help’ ?Never never recommend Lyca to anyone ..... they don’t care about the long term members just care about the money . I am going to discontinue my other service from Lyca.
