Cannot receive phone calls from several of my contacts. Cannot send texts to 5 numbered services such as PAC code request. Contacted Lycamobile 8btimes times, still not resolved. Last time I spoke to them I asked for a PAC code because I wanted to leave the network due to it being useless. The service person refused to give me it so now I can't leave and transfer my number as my text service is also unable to obtain a PAC code. Stay well clear of this dodgy network. I cannot believe the good reviews of this company, they must be fake.
