I recharged for £20 since 20/04/2021 and my sim was not credited and I have written more than 10 emails and made more than 10 calls but no respite. My sim was said to have been faulty and needed to be replaced which I did but they keep asking for the same things I had provided. They are really confused or deliberately making money off people. Really sad experience. The customer service is operating like robots, they will listen to you but after wasting your time then refer you to their email.
