UK user - I really wish I had read these reviews before switching to Lycamobile. I am surprised Uswitch have them on their site as endorsed looking at all these reviews. They have taken my plan fee out of my account a few days ago, I received the SIM today, and there is no plan on my account. Was on chat help for 30 mins for them to say they couldn't help me. Emailed customer services and they replied back with "sorry" but no response to the actual problem. Wish I hadn't started the transfer of the number I've had for years before I discovered all this. Also, I can see the call history of the person who used to have the number - not cool!
