I'm a lycamobile customer for almost 3 years and now you start giving me problems... 2 months...2 months that I can't make international calls... even when I paid for that... the same plan and now I can't call... I can't talk to my daughter in Brazil or my boyfriend in Morocco... the message is that I dont have enough credit to call at all... HOW IF I JUST RENEW THE PLAN AGAIN... 2 consecutive month the same issue... I try to have it solved but the customer service is poor... a mess... confused and doesn't work!!!!!!!! I wanna make calls as I paid for... fix that...fix that.... fix thaaaaat Lycamobile... fix that as soon as you read this review... or you will lose me as customer after 3 years! I mean ... if it is important for you because dont looks like important since you DONT FIX THAT AT ALL in 2 months
