Horrible service, a nightmare!!!! They refuse to give you your account information if you want to change provider, they will ask you stupid questions and even if you answet them they will say it’s not the right answer so they keep your phone number hostage, when you call customer service they make things worse, after many years I find out that I cannot send or receive text messages from android phones, just iphone and this line is for my business so I lost a lot of clients, and when I asked for the account number I was like ok I can look it up on the website, they say my number doesn’t exist, they will play every single dirty trick in the book to keep your number, don’t do business with them
