I have just moved to LYCA but did have significant problems as the website is dreadful, even though it appears to gather the data required efficiently. Payments do not seem to be accepted at the end of the process, even though I tried several cards.
The call centre is overseas, and they clearly do not understand the process of setting up a pay monthly plan in the UK. When I explained the process they could not understand, and I was transferred back to the initial call responder.
In the end my old number was transferred and the phone works, but my wife will not be joining LYCA.
