Ages to get my £10 credit added and a phone number. Nightmare time of frustration.
THEN - no data! I paid for a data/phone/txt package and despite emailing lyca (from a friends computer) I have no reply, NOT even an acknowledgement.
I feel totally ripped off and would like my £12 back so I can buy something decent.
PLUS: coverage is very poor for the phone/text side of things.I am at my wits end as to what to do.... :-(
