Is zero stars an option?
Lycamobile adverts as being cheap- Customer Service charges 9p to make a call (Press * when they say you don't have enough credit and to top up) I have a number blocked on my phone, but they said I have still send a text to that number.
DUH--- I know its cheap call, but unless you have no other option. LOOK ELSEWHERE
