The worst network provider and customer service ever. Every month I have to call them regarding a mistake from their side. They cause these situations , then they expect you to call them and then they charge you for the call. That’s how they make their money. For no rhyme or reason my balance got deducted and when I call the customer service, they tell me that they cannot see the previous transactions and then they have to escalate the call. A couple of hours later I get a message saying that I called a number which I never did and also I have an unlimited package. No decency to call. Now again I cannot message the same number back so I have to call them again and get charged for the call. This is crazy, never seen anything like this before. Solution is to port my number and urge ppl not to use Lyca.
