Honestly , this the worst network provider . Please stay away from lycamobile . No proper customer service All over email and who has time these days to follow up ? My phone is been out of service for the last 4 days and I tried to ring Lyca and they say there is a technical issue and then Hang Up. How can a key worker survive without a phone for 4 days? This is ridiculous,every month atleast once or twice the whole network will be down and no sorry email or compensation what so ever ?
