The WORST company ever! If I could give it 0 stars I would! They take your money and don’t give you the service you paid for. Even though it is their error, they put the blame on you as the customer. They refuse to take any responsibility, and they refuse to refund your money. They don’t respond to emails, and their Customer Service is a joke. You have to repeat yourself every time. They give you different information every time. You go round and round in circles, and nothing gets resolved. They hang up on you too. Their app is rubbish. It crashes every time you open it. Stay well away from LycaMobile. They are crooks! If you’re looking for cheap international calls, go with Lebara, a more reputable company.
