I discovered Mama Dose a few weeks ago as I was starting my microdosing journey. I've placed a couple of orders and have had a few questions which the customer service folks have answered very quickly and pleasantly. The challenge with buying mushrooms over the web is knowing who to trust. I spent time on their website, in their Facebook group, and exchanged a few emails with the company to build trust. Then I placed my first order and a couple of other orders shortly thereafter. I've been very pleased with the Mama Dose capsules. One capsule is enough to get me into a calm, focused and relaxed state for hours. I'm too early in my journey to report much but my ability to meditate and to practice Qigong in a relaxed state has vastly improved. I'm no longer triggered by the neighborhood barking dog and I'm much more chill overall. Mama Dose has a great product at an excellent price and their staff is so warm and friendly. And, they're doing very important work educating folks and providing deeply healing medicine.
