You and I spoke immediately after you placed your order and you told me you were unable to use this coupon. I told you that I would go onto the backend and refund you that 20% (which was a total of $14). Upon trying to refund you $14- I kept getting an error code. So I decided to try again on Monday - as we went out of town. But you wrote this negative review first thing Sunday morning- so you did not even give us a chance to fix it. Hmmm...I have just sent you a personal text asking to contact me so I can give you back your $14. I actually did respond and we actually had a plan.

“I'm not a big review writer because I'm not the best at explaining my thoughts but it is only right that I give credit to something that has had such a large impact on my life for the better! I have placed about 8 orders with Mama Dose of the regular and cacao caps along with truffles and journey bars. Without going on too long, my first time trying the cacao caps (4th order) I underestimated the strength of the new strain and got extremely paranoid and worried. I messaged Mark asking if they interacted with my mushroom coffee I drink because I was not feeling good and was worried. Ive never spoken with Mark but he did not hesitate to get on a call with me and explain what was going on and best breathing practices along with sources to continue researching for my own education. He didnt give so much as a hint of there being any other option for him other than to help and be there for another human being, thank you.
