Fantastic! Staff are friendly and provide quick responses. I started my consultation and within an hour received an email seeking some clarity. My meds were then delivered the day after, I've also had to request extra needles due to my mistake and they too have been sent quickly. The team jump on responses within the day generally if not by the next day. Always helpful, friendly and keen to help. Meds come with a discreet pouch to store your pen etc in and informative leaflets. 1 improvement I'd suggest to BMI is to upgrade the client dashboard to include some exercise or diet info- that would be really useful to see it all in one place. Other than that outstanding customer service team - keep rocking it guys
