So far they’ve been great. I can’t honestly give a full review as I’ve only been taking them little over a week (I choose the tablets mainly because I’m on a waiting list for spinal surgery and may have to stop taking medication at a moment’s notice) I have however lost 7 lbs in a week which is something I’ve been trying for a long time with so many diets and failed. So very pleased with that. Maybe ask me to give a review in a months time. :)
