Not impressed so far. I completed my consultation online a number of times, and nothing happened. Rang the office only to be told that the product is out of stock and to keep trying. It would have been better of the website would have said that. When I eventually was able to complete the consultation and place my order, I expected a few days for my case to be reviewed. But it was reviewed almost immediately, which was good service, but that mean that the product was going to be delivered on a day that I wasn't in. So I called the office and put my order on hold (with the intention of releasing it when I knew I would be around to accept the delivery). A couple of days later, a day when I wasn't at home, I got an email to say that my order was out for delivery. When I got home that day I had a card from Royal Mail saying that they'd tried to deliver a package but as I wasn't in, they'd try again the next day. I rang the office to say that I wasn't happy to receive this product as it wouldn't be refridgerated over night. I was assured that the product was packed so that the low temp would remain for 48 hrs. The next day my item was delivered. It was at room temperature. The ice pack has not only melted, it wasn't even cold. Having been assured that this was OK, I used the item for the first time. No side effects so far, but whether the product is actually viable for this month, only time will tell.....
