I'm happy with your service but not happy with royal mail. To take 4 days for 24 hour service is not great. I've had to stay at home everyday. The tracking info shows that they sent this delivery backwards and forwards between 2 hubs over 2 days. As you hold the contract for delivery with them it is up to you to complain. I do hope that you do as their inefficiency could affect your overall ratings, that would be a great shame.
