ATROCIOUS! ZERO STARS! How can this Company be allowed to operate. They lie, overcharge, steal and sell properties where lives are at risk!! On top of that they have the worst customer service ever who refuse to give out their real name. The properties are poorly maintained. You get hit with extortionate charges and when you want to query the charges they ignore your emails and say they 'cannot find you on the system'. Disgraceful. There are literally thousands of very serious and very disturbing complaints and concerns about this organisation. They are being taken to court by 18 tenants who each paid £3000 a year in service charges. Clarion allowed their estate to run down then hit them with a £35,000 section 20 repair charge. When the tenants said they couldn't afford to pay Clarion said they would take a percentage of their property! What a bunch of crooks. Urgent reform is needed in this organisation. People need to unite write to their MP. Organise a protest at Clarion Head Offices and call this corruption out. Residents also need to collectively demand a thorough independent investigation into all charges and demand to have the over charged payments paid back. Contact the Clarion Tenants complaints group.
