Clarion housing are basically slum Lords who allow drug use and ASB to go on in their properties. They don't properly maintain or update dated interiors and in most cases their flats do not meet current health and safety standards. Where I live in Beckenham there is constant drug use and dealing and although it's reported constantly Clarion do nothing. They just say, get a crime number, NO CLARION, YOU SORT OUT YOUR FERAL TENANTS.

Absolutely awful,charged wrong service charge for a year even when informed multiple times,do nothing about antisocial behaviour,repair system not fit for purpose,having to wait two months before having waste pipe fitted when is clarion responsibility from when I moved in 3 years ago,avoid clarion if possible

Shitehawks.. they left me with piles of broken asbestos tiles which they say were a suitable floor.. not only trip hazard but lethal as well. Heating broken for months in winter but charged me a fortune for having no heating . Bathroom taps too blocked with asbestos fibres from damaged asbestos tank and dead rodent body parts to work . Oh and they add mystery debits to your account when you are in credit.

Oh how I love NOT being the only one! Clearly clarion you are not listening and learning by your mistakes!! We've been in our flat for almost 4 years with dangerous, embarrassing flooring throughout. Your booklet says its your responsibility as landlords! You keep arguing you just do the kitchen and bathroom! I am a disabled woman and the lifting tiles are a daily trip hazard, theh are absolutely vile with black gaps around each one with God knows what bacteria in it! The tiles are also part asbestos to which I know for a FACT! Also you have housed druggys above us which is totally unacceptable! Many police reports and social services and yet you still do nothing! clarion have been on watchdog!! Clearly not learning. AVOID CLARION!!!

It’s a miracle if a workman actually doesn’t miss an appointment to fix a repair and another miracle if a workman does not turn up late and another miracle if they tell you in advance if an appointment has been cancelled and another miracle if the workman that does turn up doesn’t complain about how badly treated they are by the company. NEVER MIND that the customer is losing hours of their life waiting around for an unreliable, untrustworthy appointment where most of the workmen on a recall appointment say they don’t know what the appointment is for even though it’s written in detail on the system and the operator has told me so.. This has happened several times. Then if you put the complaint in writing within their system and press send— it comes back with an error and the whole thing is wiped so you can’t actually put it in writing. An absolutely shambolic service.

Letting private builders coming in every night to knock out a whole kitchen in a new build and after complaining still happening. Do we not deserve respect and live in peace. All this should be done through the day.

My next door neighbours has a mains leak but doesn’t want to dig her garden up so I’m stuck with a massive hole filling with water until man can and smashed to holes in underground pipe for water to drain got stage one complaint they had till yesterday to answer but surprise surprise nothing

To be fobbed off with a bill for £1350 and no breakdown of what those charges are for is unbelievable. I could be paying for unicorns for all I know! Clarion have said that they cant explain or breakdown the bill because of a cyber security breach. That is the worst explanation I have ever heard and hence they will not get any payments. Ombudsman time!!!

I questioned my service charges regarding pest control and fire protection which we do not have in my block and they have said the charges they charge me are correct. They found to mention my enquiry about door entry system, which I do not have which it was taken off my service charges years ago they are now charging me for Door entry which I do not have, they felt some mention this on my return letter I have been trying to sort this out for a couple of years now but they choose to ignore but we still get the charge. Will you please take it off off off now.!!

My daughter bought a shared ownership, problems with new property from start! When she came to sell, it took 8 months, she found a first time buyer and no onward chain and they charged for everything! Robbers & time wasters, wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole again!

Took 3 months for this lot to agree that I was overcharged for my service charges as a shared ownership tenant! I suggest that you get re training in maths. 7 phone calls and 3 letters is an absolute disgrace .

Why doesn't everyone stop paying there rent the number of complaints from residents about clarion .on suttons in leeds especially about rents going up .they are a disgrace .

I had my new back doors replaced yesterday. I did have to wait a long time for it to happen, but it was worth waiting for. The company they used sent 2 brilliant carpenters. They cleaned up as they went along. They fitted the doors and they are so lovely with good security. Well done and thank you so much. I personally have always received a good and quick response in the past to any repairs.

Reported front guttering leaking on the 04.01.24. Phoned several times during the month of January saying its is causing water damage to my property. Someone finally came round on the 05.02.24 to fix it, they did not, and made the problem worse. In result i now have yellow stains all over my walls inside my flat. This is the second time the response has been slow and the work carried out is incompetent.

Unfortunately my heating is not working and Swale heating cannot repair it or 48hours I have been a council/housing assoc tenant for 35 years and Swale heating are the worst by far Do you realise that their appt system is (if they think they can get away with) 8 hours which in this day and age is ridiculous. They cannot ring when they are on the way - this is obviously too difficult for them All other businesses I have dealt with can do this - because of this I have to take holiday from my entitlement at work and this is such a waste I would like feed back from you Clarion as to why this Company is allowed to treat Social housing tenants this way
