Clarion are an absolute joke, leaving my MIL stuck in a room at 80 years old because they will not enlarge the access so she can get out. on verge of breakdown as the work was supposed to be done today and again they came to asses. THE amount of calls. man hours and information we have sent them is profound yet when you ring they don't know what you are talking out what a joke. They should seriously start helping their residents.
