Not happy with the customer service at all. Ordered this bed last Friday, really fast delivery as it was delivered today, unfortunately I made a mistake when ordering and realised this morning I had ordered the wrong size totally my fault but wanted to see if there was anything we could do. I tried to get in touch with next divan by email and phone and nothing. I’ve waited all day and tried non stop and now I’m left with a bed the wrong size and no communication. What if the bed was faulty and I needed a refund, the bed itself is overall ok condition for what you pay, but the customer service seems to be non existent. Won’t be ordering from here again.
