Excellent support from my first phone call with gate problem. Andy the technical support was really helpful over the phone in trying to help resolve the issue remotely, however still required site visit. Craig the engineer arrived as booked and was knowledgable, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. In all my communication I have found the staff to be very customer focused and willing to do what is necessary to resolve the problem with the least impact to the customer. Kelly organised everuthing quickly abd efficiently. Excellent after sales customer service and definitely recommend North Valley Forge.
