Bought a large distressed leather chesterfield sofa bed. Got a call confirming all details, how the process will work and when the sofa will bed delivered. Everything went perfectly. The delivery and installation were carried out by two professional and friendly chaps whom demonstrated how the bed works, how to care for the sofa and gave a sofa care kit and assured me if there were any problems they would come and sort them
Love the sofa and the service. Cant fault this operation.
